Sunovia Finalizes LED Lighting And Solar Systems Deal With Kauffman Consulting

Kauffman Consulting provides Sunovia with the engineering and manufacturing capabilities that are required to rapidly expand the proprietary EvoLucia LED lighting product offering.

Sunovia Energy Technologies has finalized an exclusive partnership with Kauffman Consulting, LLC for the design and development of proprietary, high-efficiency LED based solid-state lighting fixtures and solar lighting systems.

The Kauffman Consulting team has more than 80 years of combined experience in the lighting markets, and they are recognized experts within the areas of solid (3-D) modeling, prototyping, finite element analysis (FEA), drawing generation, technical support, testing, sourcing, manufacturing engineering, and market introduction.

The firm specializes in rapid product development, and has developed products for companies including: American Electric Lighting, Thomas and Betts, Litton Microwave, Sunbeam Appliance Company, Spaulding Composites and Emerson Electric.

Rick Kauffman, chief manager of Kauffman Consulting, has more than 30 years of experience in product development, with most of his experience in the outdoor lighting and roadway lighting sectors. Currently, Kauffman is the chairman of the Standard Practice Sub-committee of the Roadway Lighting Committee of the IESNA.

Kauffman Consulting provides Sunovia with the engineering and manufacturing capabilities that are required to rapidly expand the proprietary EvoLucia LED lighting product offering.

In addition, Kauffman Consulting's pioneering achievements are well recognized within the industry, having led the product development and production of one of the most innovative roadway lighting products in more than 40 years.
