Sidus Space Completes $7m public stock offering

Sidus Space, Inc. (Nasdaq: SIDU) has successfully closed its recently announced public offering, issuing 5,600,000 shares of Class A common stock or equivalent pre-funded warrants. The shares were offered at $1.25 each, including the exercise price of the Pre-funded Warrants, resulting in gross proceeds of $7.0 million before underwriting discounts and related costs.

Sidus Space plans to use the proceeds from this offering to support its working capital needs and for general business activities.

ThinkEquity served as the sole book-running manager for the transaction.

A registration statement on Form S-1 (File No. 333-282632) for the shares was submitted and declared effective by the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) on November 12, 2024. The offering is exclusively made through a prospectus, which can be requested from ThinkEquity, located at 17 State Street, 41st Floor, New York, New York 10004, and will be filed with the SEC at http://www.sec.gov.
