Satcom Direct offers aircraft operators and manufacturers access to its FANS testing facility from anywhere in the world, anytime, at no additional cost. Satcom Direct's FlightDeck Freedom datalink service integrates extensive features and functionality for flight departments, including clearances, airport weather, trip planning and monitoring onboard connectivity status. Now, this powerful tool enables FANS testing to troubleshoot or validate FANS capabilities and crew procedures-from any location, anytime. Satcom Direct developed these testing capabilities to support the implementation and use of FANS for both operators and OEMs. Access to the FANS testing facility is offered at no additional charge as part of the FlightDeck Freedom subscription.
