SARS has contracted with Irving, Texas-based Oak Creek Capital, to facilitate revenue of $5 million in government-based contracts in addition to anticipated lease agreements for 15,000 UtilityEye units by the end of 2008. The 3-year lease term is expected to produce revenues of $17.8 million.

The contract is being managed by SARS Corp. reseller Global Assent Corporation of Seattle.

"SARS Corp. currently works with several U.S. government agencies including the U.S. Coast Guard, U.S. Customs and Border Protection and U.S. Department of Agriculture," said Clayton Shelver, CEO of SARS Corp. "With the assistance of Oak Creek Capital, we are looking forward to making our exclusive technology available to other government agencies."

Through its strategic teaming and relationships with US government and specific 8(a) tribal firms and organizations, Oak Creek Capital specializes in facilitating set-aside, government contracts for qualified companies.

In the government space, SARS Corp. has been actively involved in legislation mandating vessel tracking including the Coast Guard Re-authorization Act of 2005, Security and Freedom Ensured ("SAFE") Act of 2007 and Green Lane Act.

"We are also currently working with the House and Senate Appropriations committees to establish an additional $12 million trial of our systems over the next three years," Shelver added.

"We're proud to be managing SARS' relationship with Oak Creek," said Monty Abbott, director and CEO of Global Assent Corporation. "SARS' cutting edge technology in the telemetrics space is unmatched. We foresee exponential growth not only among U.S. government agencies but among major petroleum and LP gas providers worldwide."
