New homes, resale properties and now even houses in foreclosure or pre-foreclosure are available for searching on PropertyMaps.com, the company announced today.

PropertyMaps.com partnered with RealtyTrac to offer visitors instant access to over 1 million properties - updated daily - including pre-foreclosure, bank foreclosures and foreclosed homes via auction.

The announcement of the real-time foreclosure search on PropertyMaps.com comes at a time when foreclosures are the fastest growing sector of the real estate market.

"We expect that by offering this foreclosure information our site traffic will only increase," says Keith Hanenian, Executive Vice President of PropertyMaps. "We also expect visitors will likely return time and time again because of what we're offering."

PropertyMaps.com is a user-friendly, one-stop-shop Web site that allows consumers to quickly search and view millions of listings nationwide using popular mapping tools such as Google Maps, Google Earth, and Microsoft Virtual Earth.

It's also the first Web site to provide consumers free map-based access to the Multiple Listing Service (MLS) databases used by Realtors nationwide. PropertyMaps.com even offers a tool to find sexual offenders living in a neighborhood.

Visitors are able to access the foreclosure information while searching zip codes or cities for available properties. Further details on the foreclosure properties can be accessed by signing up for a 7-day free trial membership with RealtyTrac.

"This partnership with PropertyMaps.com is a logical extension of RealtyTrac's business," says Rick Sharga, vice president of marketing at RealtyTrac. "Our mission has always been to democratize foreclosure data and make it easy for anyone to access. This partnership will provide a great venue for the data, and we're thrilled that PropertyMaps.com visitors can now view foreclosure properties alongside new homes and resale homes."
