Budapest, Hungary (SPX) Oct 23, 2008 Access to map displays and real-time traffic data just got easier for makers of personal navigation devices (PNDs). Today, innovative software creator Nav N Go and Clear Channel Radio announced that real-time traffic data from CCR's Total Traffic Network (CCTTN) will be integrated into Nav N Go's software moving forward, enabling a turnkey source for the important combination for makers of GPS-equipped PNDs and other devices. "A large portion of the PND makers we work with use Clear Channel Radio's Total Traffic Network so creating this bundle makes perfect sense," said Attila K�tai, Chief Content Officer of Nav N Go. "CCTTN offers unique solutions in the market, in part, because of its commitment to quality control - every piece of data is accurate and reliable." Nav N Go Kft. develops usability and navigation software for more than 70 manufacturers of personal navigation devices (PNDs), smartphones, handheld game consoles and in-car navigation systems. Sunnyvale CA (SPX) Oct 23, 2008Spirent Communications and SGS Wireless have signed an agreement to provide validation and testing services on the Spirent UMTS Location Test System (ULTS) at the SGS Wireless laboratory in Cambridge, UK. Under this agreement SGS will provide Spirent with validation services to ensure that the Spirent ULTS stays at the cutting edge of Assisted-GPS (A-GPS) testing capability. |
