Cameron Park CA (SPX) Jun 19, 2008 IntelliGolf has announced the shipment of its new IntelliGolf version 9.0 software for Microsoft Windows Mobile-based Pocket PCs and Smartphones, Palm and Treo handhelds, Nokia Series 60-based smartphones, RIM's Blackberry, and Windows-based PC. Version 9.0 includes enhanced support for GPS-enabled smartphones and receivers, free access to over 24,000 course scorecards, and improved synchronization with Vista-based PCs. "Version 9.0 supports the latest GPS chips found in the Blackberry Curve, Motorola Q 9, AT and T Tilt, Samsung Blackjack II, Nokia N95, and others," said Craig A. Schmidt, President/CEO of IntelliGolf. "For about $60, users can add IntelliGolf to their GPS-enabled smartphone to view distances, track shots, and keep scores.
