GTX has announced that it has entered into a Sales Representation Agreement with Talon Companies, Fountain Valley, CA, having subsidiaries Talon Executive Services and Talon Cyber Tec. Under the terms of the agreement, the Talon Companies will act as GTX Corp's sales representative to the multinational military and law enforcement market spaces.

Principals Ron Williams (Secret Service - Ret'd) and Col. Stewart Navarre (USMC - Ret'd) will lead the GPS/PLS sales team at Talon. Talon was established in the tradition of excellence that was initiated by its founder, Ron Williams, during his career with the U.S. Secret Service that spanned over two decades, as well as the success reached during the last 12 years in which he started and lead Talon Executive Services.

Mr. Williams assembled an advanced team of former Secret Service and F.B.I. agents, as well as other federal, state and local law enforcement specialists, and has continued his ongoing commitment to advance the security industry while serving private and public corporations across North America and government entities.

Col. Navarre is retired from the United States Marine Corps, where he served for over thirty years as an infantry officer, director of operations, and unit commander in Asia - Far and Middle East - and South America, culminating in the command of an infantry regiment of 4,300 Marines and sailors deploying to Iraq.

"GTX is very pleased to announce that Talon has become our representative in these key strategic markets," said Ron Pellegrini, Senior VP of Business Development of GTX Corp.

"Selling technology as sophisticated as the 2 Way GPS enabled PLS platform into the military and government sectors can present challenges, and having the ability to draw upon the collective years of hands-on experiences that Mr. Williams and Col. Navarre bring to this process will prove to be invaluable."

"We have followed the progress of the location aware technologies over the course of the past few years, and see the gpVector platform as the right solution for many of the applications now being architected into the daily lives of the men and women serving our country in both the military and law enforcement fields," commented Ron Williams, president and CEO of Talon Companies.

"Being able to provide a higher level of security and well being for the people who have committed their lives to safeguarding our citizens is our number one priority."
