LockMary To Launch DigitalGlobe WorldView-3 Earth Imaging Satellite

Lockheed Martin Commercial Launch Services, a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Lockheed Martin, has announced that it has been chosen by DigitalGlobe to launch that company's next-generation, high-resolution Earth-imaging satellite, WorldView-3, on an Atlas V rocket. The commercial imagery satellite is scheduled to launch in 2014 from Vandenberg AFB, Calif. Financial terms were not disclosed.
