Texas man charged with trying to help Al-QaedaWashington (AFP) June 3, 2010 A Texas man was charged Thursday with trying to provide material support Al-Qaeda through cash, cellphone cards, GPS equipment and a restricted US military publication on weapon systems in Afghanistan.
