To fight pirate scourge, follow the money: US admiral
Washington (AFP) April 15, 2010
International efforts against pirates off the Horn of Africa need to target the money extorted from commercial ships, a senior US Navy officer said on Thursday. "We have to go after the money," Admiral Mark Fitzgerald told reporters at a Pentagon briefing.
