Putin Says Glonass GPS System Must Go CommercialMoscow, Russia (RIA Novosti) Feb 16, 2010 Russian Prime Minister Vladimir Putin has proposed on Monday introducing the Glonass navigation system throughout the country's regions and getting it onto "commercial rails."
