MyAthlete announces it has successfully tested beta production units from GTX on the Boston Marathon course. Please visit the web site for images of the test tracking results. The MyAthlete GPS platform gives the interested spectator a view of their favorite athlete every step of the way along the arduous marathon course.

John Brennan, the president of MyAthlete, has also announced that Team Hoyt, the well known father and son team of Dick and Rick Hoyt, will be using the MyAthlete technology the day of the race. Their supporters number in the hundreds of thousands around the world and now can follow the progress of this incredible pairing along the entire route of the Boston Marathon.

Patrick Bertagna, CEO and President of GTX Corp, commented: "Having our technology used by Team Hoyt is a testament to our efforts over the past five years and proof that GPS tracking capabilities can make a real difference in the lives of a wide range of people."

These first generation beta production units will be available at no charge to a limited group of athletes competing in the Boston Marathon on Monday, April 21, 2008. Final production units will be available late Q2 as rentals or outright purchases from the www.MyAthlete.biz web site or from the MyAthlete booths at select sport expos prior to the athletic events.

MyAthlete is lightweight, water resistant, easy to use, self-contained and designed to be worn on a race belt. Web based, it requires no program installation to operate and will automatically download data in real time. Viewers can access the website at home or on the race course via any web enabled cell phone, iPhone, PDA such as a Blackberry or Treo and any laptop and desktop computer.
